Summer Hours For Sioux City & Sioux Falls
Beginning Monday, June 1st we will begin our Summer schedule. Please see the times below as there are some changes. Note that the old time is first and the new time is second.
Sioux City groups (Central Annex Campus):
Monday 5:30 -7:30 p.m. will move to Tuesday 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Monday 7:30 -9:30 p.m. will move to Monday 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Tuesday 5:30 -7:30 p.m. will move to Monday 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Tuesday 7:30 -9:30 p.m. will move to Tuesday 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00-11:00 a.m. will move to Wednesday 9:30 a.m-11:30 a.m.
Saturday 11:00-1:00 p.m. will move to Wednesday 11:30 am-1:30 p.m.
Saturday 1:00-3:00 p.m. will move to Wednesday 1:30 p.m-3:30 p.m.
SIOUX FALLS GROUPS (SIOUX EMPIRE FITNESS CENTER):
Wednesday 5:30 -7:30 p.m. NO CHANGE
Wednesday 7:30 -9:30 p.m. NO CHANGE
Thursday 3:30 -5:30 p.m. will move to Thursday 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
Thursday 5:30 -7:30 p.m. will move to Thursday 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 -9:30 p.m. will move to Thursday 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
***MAKE-UP SESSION TIMES WILL NOT CHANGE AND WILL REMAIN SUNDAYS 6 P.M.-8 P.M.***

Off Next Week May 24-27
Next week we had originally scheduled to take off Saturday, May 23rd to Friday May 29th. However, we will have camp this Saturday, May 23rd in Sioux City to make up for the camp we canceled earlier in the month. We will also have camp in Sioux Falls Thursday, May 28th for the camp that was missed last week. Boys and girls who have academy Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are off and there will be no makeup this Sunday in Sioux City or Sioux Falls. Also, I will be sending out the schedule for the summer in the next couple days.

Reminder
Dear Parents,
A quick reminder! We are coming to the end of our second month of camp for the Spring/Summer 2009 Session. Please remember that payments are due by the first of the month and are considered late on the 10th of the month. If you have not already done so, we ask that you have your account current by the end of this month. We are setting up a new billing system for June where we hope to send out an account summary to all campers. Payment options: PayPal, bring to camp, or mail to: FBA, 412 Firethorn Trail, Dakota Dunes, SD 57049. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if you need to discuss alternate payment options.

Sioux Falls Canceled Tonight May 14th
Hey Sioux Falls,
I aplogize for the late notice and inconvenience but there will be no camp tonight due to an ownership change at Sioux Empire Fitness. We will definitely be on next week and we will makeup this session up May 28th which is our scheduled to be an off week. Thanks for your understanding.
